Currently working as an ASDA Online Team Leader, responsible for one of the highest-volume online operations in the region. Lead a large-scale home shopping operation running 17 vans across two daily departures, covering most of Ayrshire and all of Dumfries & Galloway, picking 15,000–20,000 items per day. Consistently deliver against availability targets, and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Manage and develop a team of approximately 90 colleagues, including pickers and drivers, with accountability for availability, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and customer experience. Strong focus on planning,Compliance, and performance management to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Previously held Fresh and Produce Section Leader roles for a combined three years, building strong commercial capability in stock control, waste reduction, food safety, merchandising, and KPI delivery. Demonstrated clear progression within ASDA, with a proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and deliver results at scale.
