Taking on the responsibility of making sure that the factory is ready for use the next day. Handling numerous chemicals, applying them correctly and efficiently, and ensuring that the area is ready for use.
Working closely with the team, communicating and stepping in to help others when needed. Managing the use of my time correctly as we are all cleaning in sync on a time scale.
I handle one of the most important areas in the factory, which is the kill. There is a large responsibility to make sure things are a certain way. This has taught me how to manage my own responsibilities and take care of the work that I do.
