Working with Leeds Building Society was a great experience because it helped me understand the aspects of how the wider world works. In that period of time i learnt how to prepare for an interview,be formal and dress appropriately; this was eye opening because i got to learn new activities that I never encountered before.

Leeds Building Society has developed my understanding of how the life of work works. For example we had a range of tasks to figure out which adapted my teamwork and as i am a person who loves to work with others to gain a deeper understanding.

This two-week work experience, overall was an insight of what it is like to be an adult in the world of work. I have obtained many skills from this work experience such as: punctuality, attendance,time management and confidence.
