• Leading and managing the new hospital programme (NHP) which is a major government initiative to develop and redesign 40 new hospitals across the UK. Role primarily involves developing financial models to assess the costs and benefits of the NHP; analyzing the economic impact of the NHP on the UK economy and preparing reports and presentations for the government on the financial viability of the NHP.
• NHP Revenue Cost Engagement: Led and managed high-profile engagement to estimate the revenue cost impacts of the new hospitals proposed by the New Hospital Programme (NHP). This work was closely followed by the CFO of NHS England, highlighting its importance and sensitivity.
• East of England Regional Workforce Model: Led and managed the development of complex regional workforce model to support the region in making long-term strategic decisions regarding future structural workforce requirements.
• East of England Elective Care Model: Led the development of a highly robust and accurate model that effectively captured the complex dynamics of elective care provision in the region. The model was designed to assist the region in making informed decisions about where to invest in new elective care capacity (theatres).

Transaction Support

• Led the financial modeling for the $27 billion acquisition of Refinitiv by the London Stock Exchange Group. L
• Supported the merger of Mid Essex, Southend, and Basildon hospitals trust, achieving £32 million in pre-inflation merger savings.
