Noah Sturrock

As a trading assistant, or replenishment colleague, I am a pivotal part of day to day trade. I joined Sainsburys as a part time job alongside school, where my confidence began to grow as a person and I found my passion for the working world, which lead me to leave school and pursue working full time.

throughout my time within the company I have achieved a lot and developed myself as a person and a worker:

• I have carried out vital inventory management processes and reports, pushing our numbers towards the best in the region.
• Persistently driven and delivered high standards in both my work and organisational standards.
• Taken responsibility for my department as a whole in the absence of direct management.
• Consistently maintained my strong work rate throughout high hour work weeks, sometimes up to 60 hours, and strive to offer flexibility with my shifts,
• Offered friendly, efficient customer service and handled challenging situations with ease.
• Shown a strong willingness to learn and develop, allowing me to work on all department areas to a high standard.
