Work experience as a Customer Service Operative for a small electric bike hire company on the island of Sark. My duties included greeting clients and instructing them on the use of the bike, assisting with telephone bookings, other general office duties and bike maintenance.

Assisted in kitchen operations through various tasks. Performed vegetable preparation and basic food prep for whilst also observing senior chefs during plating and grilling processes.
