• Facilitated effective communication with pet owners regarding their cat's needs and behaviours.
• Developed trusting relationships with the cats through caring for, and feeding, them.
• Followed detailed instructions from homeowners regarding specific cat care routines.
• Provided daily updates to owners about their pets' activities via email or text messages.

By completing these tasks, I was able to show my care for situations, and have patience when working with the animals. I can use these skills when working in a hectic situation or with impatient clients, where I can stay calm and handle the situation.

During my time at Bloc Ventures, I had to create and present a presentation on drones, where I had a specific deadline for when it had to be presented.

• This helped me develop diligent time management, as I was able to spend time developing it and also completing other tasks set for me, to the best of my ability.
• Skills in public speaking and overcoming obstacles were developed as I was put into a position of doing something that I had never done before, but I was able to surpass these obstacles and deliver my presentation in front of the company.
