In this time I spent a week coordinating with a finance manager with the business, visiting private schools and attending meetings and working through finance to include:

• Managing budgets
• Dealing with debit
• Payroll

This was a days work experience, in which I completed the following tasks

• Managed helpdesk requests effectively reducing downtime experienced by employees.
• Set up laptops for new starters to the bank, installing apps and created profiles for each individual
• Responded to emergency situations promptly minimising disruption to business operations.
