Work with a team of both clinical and non-clinical dedicated staff to provide holistic care to patients, these involves face to face, remote consultations and emergency care in the community.
Involved in administrative and educational roles such as reviewing and filing investigations, medications, learnings, safeguarding and Quality Improvement projects.
Support for other colleagues including medical students, GP registrars, Nursing team, Prescription team, receptionist and other members of the team
Liaising with other healthcare professionals and appropriate referrals to provide individualized care for my patients and their support system has been an invaluable part of my job.
