I am a proactive and dedicated clinician who seeks to improve patient's experience in primary care using a combination of continuous learning, professional development and collaborative approach to team work
I work with a team of both clinical and non-clinical dedicated staff to provide holistic care to patients, these involves face to face, remote consultations, Home visits and emergency care in Out of Hours service.
I am also involved in administrative and educational roles such as reviewing and filing investigations, medications, learnings, safeguarding and Quality Improvement projects.
Liaising with other healthcare professionals and appropriate referrals to provide individualized care for my patients and their support system has been an invaluable part of my job.
