I have gained lots of experience working with children in early years ranging from babies to 3-5 years, who can provide daily activities & learning for the children. I maintain strong relationships with parents & carers & can provide daily feedback to parents & carers at the end of day. I am a trustworthy person. I am a reliable Early Years Practitioner with expertise in developing and maintaining appropriate positive behaviour in children. I have been an Early Years Practitioner since 2016, where I have gained lots of experience & worked in the baby room, 2-3 room & the 3-5 room where I currently work. My day to day responsibilities include providing daily learning activities for the children & having my own key group by updating the children’s online learning journals daily to show their parents what they have participated in each day, providing written reports on their progress throughout the year & taking part in parents night. Taking part in Planning with the staff members, for the month following the Curriculum for Excellence document.
Administration of medicine & first aid, making sure the children are safe & happy in my care.
I have Epilepsy & I do take medication daily & this does not stop me from being an Early Years Practitioner.
