Whilst working for Barclays I became a SME (subject matter expert) in both of my roles.
During my first role of repayment advisor I took on additional tasks of coaching colleagues, new and existing, trialling new systems, conducted interviews for new starters. I was then asked to join a pilot team for COT (Customer Outcome Testing), when the job became available I was interviewed and successful.
During my time on the COT team I took on additional roles which included, setting up meetings with stakeholders to discuss outcome fails and challenging if necessary on behalf of team members. I set up a meeting to discuss outcome fail trends with stakeholders. As COT was a new team for Barclays I conducted meetings with staff to explain the nature of the job and why they may receive feedback.
In December 2023 we were informed that our team was going to be displaced and I was asked if I could train new colleagues prior to us leaving.
I conducted training for 15 weeks which included rolling out training and accrediting new colleagues.
