Jameel Motors UK & Poland Recruitment - 02/10/2024 - Current, Jameel Motors is the mobility brand for Abdul Latif Jameel in Europe. I was responsible for filling 35 + roles across in UK & Europe under considerable pressure from the Middle-East investors and Chinese client. Weekly reporting to HR Director & CEO of Mobility.


D,E & I Pilot: EV Propulsion Procurement Recruitment Project, 09/01/23 - 04/01/24, Entrusted with the management of the team working on the D,E & I Recruitment Pilot with JLR. Progress was reported to directors weekly, with all recruitment for the EV Propulsion Project delivered successfully. 


Semiconductor Procurement Recruitment Drive, 08/01/22 - 08/01/23, Briefed, organised and ran the recruitment drive for Semiconductor Procurement - coordinating a select team of Sourcing Specialist, myself including, to place 55 candidates across 3 levels of seniority within 4 months. 


Creative / Design Studio Engineering Recruitment Drive, 04/01/23 - 10/01/23, 40 'Speed' roles were released to me in April 2023. I organised a select few to work with me and we filled all 40 roles by October 2023 with glowing feedback from the client. Project was business critical and was reported into the JLR CEO and Board of Directors on a regular basis.
