Recruited 4 out of 5 new Credit Directors from one campaign and ensured managers had CV's within 7 days of news of a high-profile Capital Strategy project to recruit for 9 highly specialised roles. All shortlists contained at least two directly sourced candidates.
  • Reduced cost per hire by 25% during 2008 through better utilisation of web based and referral recruitment.
  • Establishment of new hires networks; making time to meet all new hires within 4 weeks of joining to ensure all referrals were captured and acted upon if appropriate. This also ensured collection of feedback on the recruitment process, and led directly to a number of changes including the development of a candidate pack for Risk.
