
-Trained in all areas with level 2 in cafe and reception and level 3 in the arena.
-Able to work independently without guidance in all areas.
-I have helped joint-run some NICAS sessions, helping to choose instructor-led climbs and filling out participants log-books.
-I often open/close the store on the weekends and help management out with paperwork or safety checks.
-I am often tasked with completing weekly checks to ensure our equipment is safe and up-kept to the highest standard.
-I often help organise and run party, exclusives and community group bookings, reassuring the parents on how the experience is going to run and who to talk to should they need anything.
-I am often asked to help train new members of staff and provide support for staff training in areas that are new to them such as showing members how to use the coffee machine and cafe till system.
