I first started my real estate career as an academy sales negotiator for haart, I was essentially thrown in the deep end as my branch had no manager or area manager to provide any guidance in which i was able to hit the ground running by getting sales in the books as well as progressing these sales with no real knowledge on how to do so. after 6 months i decided that i needed a change and made the step to join annafield estates, in which by joing this company, i was finally apart of a team, i joined this team as a junior valuer with no experince in how to value a proeprty. fast forward to the present day and i am now the number 1 senior valuer in my company essentially going out to every valuation appointment with a high conversion rate to list these homes with my company. as well as lsiting these homes, i am still selling homes providing up to date information on diffent proeprties as well as being able to answer any question that any potential buyer may have.

I joined this role with no experience in being a proerpty valuer, I have been in this role for 9 months now and am already the number 1 senior valuer handling almost every valuation that is booked in. consistently hitting listing targets on a monthly basis as well as putting sales in the book. my main role is to list houses. by doing this role i have developed my already storng personable skills when liasing with potential clients, applicants buyers, and vendors. as well
