Product Specialist and Tech Delivery Lead to the UK side of Sensio Operations, and core team member as part of the international Tech Services task force.

Reporting directly into the COO and working closely with the UK Head of Operations to strategically enable product scalability success and providing product expertise and technical counsel.

Workrking closely with Product Managers to support delivery, quality assurance and testing throughout the Product Life Cycle.

IT Project Management role. Took ownership of an account of projects to deliver Zeiss' flagship Ophthalmic data management and server software (FORUM) to Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, both in Retail and Hospital Eye Dept settings.

Integrating Ophthalmic medical-grade devices, such as CIRRUS (OCT), CLARUS (Fundus Imaging) and IOLMaster (Optical Biometer) and more, with the FORUM server and data workflow solution.

Notably entrusted to manage and oversee projects for one of Zeiss UK's largest and most industry-leading customer accounts.

Highly adaptive role working between various business departments including Defence Engineering Programmes, Export Control and Customer Services.

Reporting directly to programme Chief Engineer and Head of New Business, as well as the broader senior executive team, to deliver a broad range of various specialist technical projects, tasks and missions.

Took a sabbatical during which time I tried my hand at working in a restaurant kitchen, something which I had always been curious about. Also took the opportunity to travel a little, locally within Europe.
