Neil Prosser

I would describe myself as hard working and someone who always gives 100%. I take pride in my work and how I conduct myself, attending work on time wearing the correct attire and prepared for the day ahead. I work equally as well as part of a team or individually. I have a positive mindset and I take a methodical approach to problem solving. I ensure that I utilise all the tools available to me when completing tasks, this enables me to complete work to a high standard and in a timely manner.

I have excellent communication and organisational skills and have worked from the age of 17, employed as a private soldier in the armed forces, a recycling operative with Neath Port Talbot council and as a Police community support officer. My present role is as a Police constable within South Wales Police. I have also covered the role of Police sergeant for extended periods of time.

I am able to manage my workload in an efficient manner, adhering to timeframes/policies and procedures. I am also able to manage and monitor the workloads of others where required when covering the role of a supetrvisor.

In my private life I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoy keeping myself fit and active by walking and running in my sparfe time.
