As the job requires ,I possess a strong ability to teach and facilitate learning through various techniques and platforms. I have always thrived to improve my knowledge and practice by taking up trainings, workshops and CPDs . My current job as Infection Prevention and Control Nurse provided immense opportunities to various teaching sessions using different teaching methods and strategies to different staff groups which includes pre registered and Post registered nurses .I always focus on evidence based practices and impart these knowledge to all staffs and students to improve the clinical practice.
