  • Started work at Regans over ten years ago as an RVN, supporting several student vet nurses as a clinical coach. After a short time i was promoted to head nurse of Holly house vets in Hindley Wigan. Managed Little Lane practice in Wigan in addition to role as head nurse at Holly House Vets. Coached new graduate vets through consultations and procedures. My role as head nurse is a vast role with many duties from working day to day as an RVN, managing a large team and rotas. Training and supporting clinical staff. I manage stock control and budgets as well as looking at financial performance of the practices and looking at ways we can improve footfall.
