Implemented and delivered IMPACT project,. This pilot was funded by NHSE and lead by Nottingham NHS Trust and involved the creation and development of better pathways of care across the East Midlands , focusing on enhanced care delivery for adults in secure mental health settings aimed at reducing inpatient service reliance.
