As a Senior Research and Innovation Project Manager within the NHS Clinical Research Division, I lead and coordinate complex research and innovation projects that support the delivery of high quality clinical research. I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the Trust and partner sites, academia, and industry to ensure projects align with trust and divisional priorities, comply with governance frameworks, and are delivered efficiently to improve patient outcomes and healthcare services.

As an Industry Facilitator within the NIHR Clinical Research Network (CRN), I supported the effective delivery of commercial clinical research across Greater Manchester primary and secondary care sites by acting as a key liaison between life sciences companies and NHS organisations. My role focused on accelerating study setup, resolving delivery challenges, and promoting the UK and Greater Manchester as a preferred location for industry sponsored research.

Supported the regional delivery of clinical research studies, ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of commercial and non-commercial trials.

Delivered high uality, evidence-based care to critically ill infants and children with complex medical and surgical needs.

Coordinated and delivered clinical research involving children and young people, ensuring studies were conducted safely, ethically, and in line with GCP and NHS governance standards.

Delivered high quality research nursing care to paediatric patients participating in early and late phase clinical trials within a dedicated research facility.

Delivered high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill infants and children with complex medical and surgical needs.

Provided nursing care to children and young people attending for planned investigations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
