- Replenish items at the store

• Promote MGeB (Mizuho Global E-Banking) to the bank's customers
• Mainly handle enquiries of corporate customers in terms of MGeB:

- Preparing forms of contract for new customers

- Instruct Super User, Sub-user how to use the internet banking platform and guide them the order of authorization on internet banking platform

- Reset password for Super Users on the system if needed

- Replace out-of-battery token or release new ones for customers

• To provide guidance and technical support to customers on using MGeB system and the bank's supporting tools
