Duties included daily ward round on General Paediatrics/ HDU or Level 2 Neonatal Unit,safeguarding medicals, leading discharge planning meetings, senior reviews of patients on the postnatal ward, seeing and reviewing admissions/attendances in PAU and Paediatric ED, roughly twice monthly outpatient clinics, weekly radiology meetings, weekly journal club,monthly Morbidity and Mortality meetings, monthly safeguarding meetings, supervision and teaching of junior colleagues and medical students.Tier 2 rota co-ordinator .

Duties included twice weekly Consultant ward rounds, daily ward rounds of all cardiac and cardiac HDU/PICU/NICU patients, assessment, investigation and management of inpatient
referrals/ consultation reviews,presenting clinical cases in weekly Joint Cardiology meeting(JCC), twice weekly departmental teaching,attending regular cardiology clinics supervised by
consultants,supervising Exercise Tolerance Test(ETT) clinic, performing echocardiography for ward inpatients,acute
admissions,patients in PICU and NICU (acute as well as chronic patients),attending on-call shifts.

Attendance on scheduled daily ward rounds in ICU,HDU,SCBU and Transitional care unit when on clinical service. Liaising with members of surgical, other medical units and allied health professionals within the hospital as well as practitioners outside,with whom babies are often co-managed. Attending and leading deliveries of babies (with congenital anomalies,
extreme premature babies) anticipated to require full intensive care or admission to level 3 unit. Attending weekly departmental teaching,Journal clubs,leading various MDT and discharge planning meetings,attending neonatal outpatient clinics,performing various complex skilled procedures in a level 3 neonatal unit. Duties included daily ward round on General Paediatrics, HDU and the burns unit, daily review of complex multi-system patients primarily under several Tertiary subspecialty teams,
safeguarding medicals, leading discharge planning meetings,
seeing and reviewing admissions/attendances in Paediatric ED, out of hours leading the Paediatric Emergency Department admissions, resuscitations, discharges, running the
Paediatric ED Observation Unit, monthly outpatient clinics, twice weekly departmental teaching, weekly radiology meetings, weekly journal club, monthly Morbidity and Mortality meetings, supervision and teaching of junior doctors and medical students.

Duties included Community (Neurodevelopmental, Autistic Spectrum, ADHD, Outreach) clinics,Safeguarding Medicals and reports,led discharge planning meetings for inpatients known to Community Paediatrics, attended broad MDT involved
with community paediatrics (Speech and Language, Physiotherapy, Children's Hospice,CYPS referral screening clinics, CAMHS clinics, assisted with preschool

Duties included daily ward round on General Paediatrics/ HDU or Level 2 Neonatal Unit, senior reviews of patients on the postnatal ward, seeing and reviewing admissions/attendances in the 24 hour PAU, roughly monthly outpatient clinics, daily teaching, weekly radiology meetings, weekly journal club, monthly Morbidity and Mortality meetings, monthly safeguarding meetings, supervision and teaching of junior doctors.

Duties included daily ward rounds and emergency admissions of Level 3 Neonates with various anomalies including extreme preterm babies, NLS for any neonates requiring it, review and 1st day checks on the Postnatal ward and Transitional Care, twice weekly teaching, weekly microbiology meetings, weekly radiology meetings, weekly journal club.
