I have fought in multiple boxing bouts at the amateur level and continue to train and compete in MMA. Due to having arthritis in my younger years, I have kept a steady practice of yoga and meditation to maintain good health and a well-balanced mentality and mindset. Learning to be resilient during that process in my teens and early 20’s really reshaped my relationship with pain and resilience.
