Production & Machine Operation (70% of role)
Operate high-speed grated mozzarella and cheddar lines.
Perform changeovers for different shred sizes and bag weights (
Conducted every half hour CCP monitoring to ensure cheese temperature, metal detector performance, and seal integrity met safety standards.
Reduce waste by resetting cutter heads and calibrating flow scales.
Quality Control & HACCP Checks (20% of role)
Lead pre-op hygiene inspections and ATP swabbing
