I led an international developer team of 9 engineers following Scrum methodology
Oversaw the newsletter subscription (growth hack) of the digital New Yorker magazine
Based on the data from A/B testing I increased the subscription rate of readers by 30%
To make the subscription process less complex I developed the complete UI based on the Figma design tool and implemented it on the web using React with Typescript, Redux along with Axios, styled-components, SASS
I integrated the backend with three microservices for smooth transition between logged in and logged out users
Revamped the paywall section to increase the numbers of payments
