I have worked at Sgiliau for around 2 years now, starting off in Carmarthen Sgiliau and then moving to Llanelli Sgiliau. my role was simply to ensure the kitchen was kept as clean as possible, to wash all of the dishes and kitchen equipment, occasionally i would assist the chef when it became busy or they simply needed some extra help. But as of late i am not getting very many shifts sometimes going over a month without a single shift due to the fact it simply isn’t busy enough. I have always worked to the highest standard and never slacked off, and always working great with everyone around me efficiently and effectively.
