Instinctively led my teammates in Business management simulation project to deliver a virtual construction business and ensure profitability and competitiveness. Carried out an investigation into the causes and effects of cost overruns in construction projects in Nigeria and UK. The comparative study analysed the similarities and differences in approach to construction cost management practice in both Nigeria and UK.
