Molly Galvin

During my time working at Smile Bar and Venue, I quickly adapted to the fast pace of work, being able to understand and follow instructions in order to complete tasks efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Although demanding, I found that I actually really enjoyed the quick nature of the job and having to manage various tasks simultaneously, and the success I found in managing my responsibilities really helped to build my confidence in myself and my capabilities. Additionally, I felt perfectly comfortable in the social environment of the bar, creating a warm welcoming environment for customers while getting on well with fellow staff members.

With my other less formal experiences, I demonstrated that I was trustworthy and responsible enough to effectively represent my organisations and look after children and animals, which helped me to reinforce my ability to take on responsibility for others. Overall, I go into all of my ventures striving to ensure high standards and work to the best of my capabilities.
