As Director for my own small construction operation, my duties were of all kinds. Asvsmall business that started with very low capital, I had to develop the business in interesting ways. First as Director and CEO I'm responsible with finding jobs permanently, which I manage to do effectively by starting a partnership with a construction materials supplier leader on the market, in this way we gained trust and a constant flow of jobs, the next responsability is to manage the clients and the relationship with the partners(designers and managers of the materials store), the next are to maintein stocks and manage finances, as well as critical desition making, as well as instructiong teams of their daily activity and posible risks as well as risk assesing and minimaising.

As a business owner, I have more than just those responsibilities like tax efficiency, maintaining a good financial order, marketing and so on.

As a Maintenance Engineer, I was responsible for checking all hotel systems to ensure they were in good working order, performing any necessary repairs on equipment, both in rooms and throughout the building, recording my repairs, and maintaining the aesthetics of the building's interior, as well as maintaining good communication with the other teams and repairing or building different equipment needed.

As a self-employed individual, I was doing all kinds of jobs, especially from carpentery and joinery field alongside my father. We have been doing everything from kitchen fittings, stud walls, floors, flooring, tiling, bathroom renovations, plumbing, plasterboarding, skimming, and so on, basically everything was needed in the specific job we accepted .
