Investigating the Role of Customer Brand Identity in Developing Brand Loyalty with the Mediating Role of Brand Commitment, This study examines the impact of customer brand identity on brand loyalty in the hotel industry, with hotel brand commitment as a mediator. Focusing on Homa Hotel in Shiraz and Mashhad, data from 386 travelers were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results indicate that brand identity positively influences brand trust and commitment, which in turn enhances brand loyalty. Gender moderates this relationship, while age does not.
