Aspire Insurance Advisers (Aspire) was the specialist insurance arm of the global medical and security assistance services group, International SOS, and sister company of the Aspire Lifestyles concierge business which was sold to XN Holdings in February 2025. Aspire specialised in the design, negotiations and provision of insurance benefits and assistance services to financial institutions, attaching to credit and debit propositions to provide competitive advantage, differentiation and added value, for the benefit of their customers.

Responsibilities and reporting lines included Finance and P&L delivery; business development; product innovation; HR; Marketing; Compliance; etc., etc.

I remained to manage a successful transition and integration to the new shareholders.

Founded BrandRisks Group Limited, launched and successfully developed the PropertyRisks brand focused on providing tenant referencing services and insurance products to the let property market.

Sold BrandRisks to Electrical Contractors Insurance Holdings (ECIH - the holding company for the Electrical Contractors Association's insurance interests) in February 2011 continuing to run PropertyRisks and a consultant to ECIH.

Engineered and effected the successful sale of PropertyRisks and acquisition by Let Insurance Services in late 2012 and remained as a Director of the combined business to 2014.

Brought in to streamline and prepare the business for a successful sale on behalf of shareholders.

Overall responsibility for the development and management of a new Lloyd's insurance brokerage.

Differing shareholder objectives led to a split.

Based and headquartered in Hong Kong, managed the multi-disciplined retail insurance operations of Jardine Insurance Brokers (latterly JLT) businesses across Asia reporting to the Group CEO and Jardine Matheson as the Group's largest shareholder. Multicultural role in developing and growing the business(es) across emerging markets.

Major Accounts Director and, latterly, Managing Director of Fenchurch's UK retail businesses before being recruited to join Jardine Insurance Brokers and relocate to Hong Kong.
