Summary

I am a dedicated, compassionate, mature Support Worker focused on enhancing adults' lives through high-quality support and care using a person centred approach. I am an enthusiastic Support Worker with a positive can-do attitude; enabling the adults I support to achieve their personal goals, access their local communities and enjoy fulfilling daily lives. I feel that if you take the time to listen and get to understand people's needs you can help them achieve and further their interests. I am a caring, reliable person and take a keen interest in the wellbeing of the adults I support, including organising and taking adults to a variety of activities, from bike riding, swimming and going on holidays to organising craft sessions, gardening activities and cooking lessons.

I have a good sense of humour and I can work well on my own and within team situations.
