My work experience was a thorough introduction to the workplace environment, I was taught workplace mannerisms, how to dress and present myself while on a job and how to balance my time and work to be efficient as possible.

My time at cadets was a real developer of skills for me ,doing training where a had to adapt to many circumstances where i had to take initiative and lead or even step back and support others in a group when they where more capable then me.

I was taught to work in tough situations and be resilient and patient through them even if i wasn't comfortable, leading to me developing a real sense of discipline and independence when undergoing a task.
