• Undertake technical audits where appropriate and necessary; their completion and the upkeep of appropriate schedules for company procedures.

• Log and investigate customer complaints and complete non conformity reports.
• Visit customer sites to deal with complaints and other related issue, resolving all customer queries by liaising with staff and senior managers where necessary.
• Deliver high quality services including surveying, air monitoring and bulk analysis as and when required.
• Review and approve equipment needs.
• Handle non-contract enquiries, pricing jobs and sending quotes as and when required.
