• As an operational support grade , i help to play a key role in supporting the smooth and safe running of the prison.
• Executed security checks and searches at the gate.
• Participated in night duties to ensure safety and security of the prison estate. in which i am part of a team that maintains the well running and safety of the estate while the prison is in the patrole state.

• As the Team Leader i was supporting people in their own homes; the people had a range of needs including learning disability, autism, and mental health needs. Some of the people who used the services also had significant physical health and personal care needs and many presented with behaviours that challenge services.

My responsibilities included

· Staff support and supervision

· Rota management

· Working with people with varied needs

· Helping people live more independently and undertake life enhancing activities.

· Working with care managers and health colleagues to implement and support plans.

· Personal Care as required.
