- Definition of strategy and product roadmap for clients enterprise data models, targeting the common logical and semantic design and governance of data solutions, implementing strategic data modelling tooling, and a semantic Utility to support Graph Ontologies, GenAI and Agentic AI usecases

Universal Bank – Group DAO – Refinery Strategy: Delivery Lead (Mar'22- June'23)
- Partnered with clients Data & analytics Office to successfully design their enterprise data platform strategy. A +5yr roadmap focussing on the consolidation and uplift, of existing infrastructure and services, to a federated enterprise data platform and scaled services; utilising industry-leading data capabilities
- Lead the current state analysis of >10 global business lines, functions and services, documenting the current cost, FTE, capability, technology, location and consumption of analytical data services – identifying a potential of >$400m, in annualised cost save opportunities
- Lead the delivery of the data sourcing POC to confirm the target state capability requirements and benefit opportunity, substantiating the potential for 50% reductions in costs, effort and elapsed time
- Lead the drafting of the ‘Platform Rationalisation Framework', an operating model for the transition of target state, implementing end-to-end execution governance for the assessment and demise of the legacy estate
