I am a parts sales advisor for the mid and west Ulster region, where I quickly developed skills in customer contact, negotiation, along with a keen eye for business opportunities and a reputation for being reliable and bringing in new customers to our company from all four corners of the island

My day-to-day tasks comprise

• Managed operations of the regional parts department across West and Mid Ulster.
• Utilised Kerridge, Xentry, and Logbus systems to oversee stock management.
• Ensured high accuracy in inventory management and prompt dispatch of parts.
• Assisted in stock taking for accurate inventory management.
• Conducted market research, gaining insights into competitors' strategies.
• Increased sales through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
• Resolved customer complaints swiftly, maintaining company reputation.
• Established rapport with potential buyers to foster repeat business.

• For the last 2 years I have been part time assisting formula vee teams trackside by co managing transport and event organising with the operations manager
• We are based at Nutts corner race track and we help the race weekends go smoothly and without delays

• I work at a farm machinery dealership working on machines varying from hay bobs to the latest tech agricultural equipment, nearly all new machines are computers that take time to diagnose and repair the sensors and ecu that are common problems on the machinery that I work on.
• I also have a experience in engine building and hydraulic repair along with minor fabrication experience from repairing steel covers and making new ones
• I formally was full time working here but I now work weekend shifts

• I have years of experience driving heavy equipment often doing 16 hour days operating. I also have 2 years of experience working with the likes of computer controlled plasma cutters and hand held fabrication/repair tools.
• I started working here at my uncles dealership as a 12 year old and have been helping work here in my free time and weekend shifts currently.

• I formally was a part time parts advisor dealing in machinery sales/ servicing/ parts. I work with systems sage and excel and also intact, which im trained in all.
• At this current job we sell and service machinery which requires memorising all the different parts a machine could need and the diffrent types of parts as people be in a panic for their parts 90% of the time and knowledge of machines helps me answer customers questions and problems over the phone quick and simply.
