Supervised and supported children in safe, positive, and inclusive environment at summer camp. Planned and led engaging activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and team challenges, fostering teamwork and creativity. This role strengthened my communication, teamwork, leadership, organisation, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Living with these kids also showed me how to manage large groups, resolve conflicts calmly, adapt activities to different ages and abilities, follow safeguarding procedures, and respond responsibly in challenging situations. Overall, the experience improved my confidence, patience, reliability, and ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and my colleagues.
