I have just been working for celebrity chef Richard Corrigan at his restaurant in London. After a year of that busy lifestyle working in the kitchen, I know the challenges of a pressure environment and the importance of working as a team. I'm prepared to work hard, I'm diligent and professional. I get along great with my peers and respect authority. I love working with people, I'm charismatic and friendly. I really enjoy others company and I have no issue talking to guests /customers. I thrive in a high pressure environment and when it gets busy I'm good at staying calm under pressure. It's great to new learn new skills and I appreciate the time to fully respect the trade and skills required to carry out the task at hand. I see everything as an experience and the more I can learn the better. I understand all basics cooking skills, customer service roles and dealing with issues so I'd be an asset to any working team.
