- Supporting clients to live independently, encouraging them to carryout simple tasks of keeping their environment clean and organized.
- Supporting clients manage a daily routine.
- Support clients to access activities and socialize with others
- Supporting clients with their care plan
- Assisting clients in maintaining personal care or hygiene if need be.
- Administering medication and supporting them to order medication
- Supporting clients to access community facilities/activities and educational courses
- Support clients with eating healthier diet
- Supporting clients with booking and attending appointments
- Supporting client with financial budgeting and grocery purchases
- Maintaining up to date, detailed and accurate records and receipts.
- Carrying out proper and accurate handover.
- Working with colleagues and other professionals for example social worker and teachers
- Monitoring a client's mental state and carrying out risk assessments and updating risk assessments records.
