I have helped clients explore the art of the possible, challenge the status quo and solve real problems, by turning ideas into live solutions. My sector experience ranges from asset-heavy organizations to government entities - I am currently focused on expanding my experience with clients in the Middle East.
Leading and growing the AI Product Innovation capability in Capgemini Invent UK. I am responsible for around 50 people internally and support business development activities across both private and public sector. I predominantly focus on helping organizations drive value with AI - from defining an AI a strategy and roadmap all the way to setting up an AI factory operating model, developing and deploying AI products across various business applications.
I am currently managing a the delivery and commercials of a large AI programme in the UK and a genAI project in the UAE.
Leading a team of 2 data scientists and a product owner to deliver an AI product to assess compliance of financial process to regulations and provide recommendations on the required changes. The solution is being developed using a large language model, but we are also experimenting with an agentic AI approach.
Over the past 3 years I have supported a central part of the UK Ministry of Defence to set up from scratch their AI capability, designing and implementing a mature AI factory operating model and deploying to production over 20 AI solutions. From 3 resources I have grown the programme to 45 people over 3 years, generating a total of 15M revenues for Capgemini Invent. Projects include: using genAI to improve policy understanding, create virtual agents, map entities and more; using computer vision to identify deterioration in the condition of physical assets; using speech recognition to optimize the analysis of underwater inspections; using simulation models to understand asset availability; predicting the likeliness of failure of spare parts and optimizing the rate of inspections.
