As an Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker, I provide specialist, trauma-informed support to stalking victims, focusing on risk assessment, safety planning, and advocacy within the criminal justice system. I conduct comprehensive risk assessments (e.g., SASH) and develop tailored safety strategies, working closely with police, courts, and safeguarding partners to navigate legal processes, including applications for Stalking Protection and Non-Molestation Orders.

I manage confidential case records for over fifty clients and regularly attend multi-agency meetings such as MARAC and the Stalking Triage Clinic. With a strong understanding of stalking dynamics and safeguarding frameworks, I offer emotional and practical support, advising on personal safety, housing, legal options, and digital security to empower victims and promote long-term recovery.

Additionally, I facilitate therapeutic one-on-one and group sessions through the CALMER programme (Coping Aids Learning Methods Enabling Resilience). I also deliver training and awareness sessions for professionals and community groups on recognising and responding to stalking. I am trusted to complete detailed case reports critical for securing ongoing team funding.

During my role here, I had managed daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth venue running. Supervised and supported staff, handled customer enquiries and complaints, and maintained high health and safety standards. Conducted PRIDE audits to uphold company standards and served as a trusted keyholder, overseeing opening and closing procedures. Coordinated staff scheduling, assisted with training, and helped manage inventory and stock control.

As a Care Assistant I had provided comprehensive support which including personal care, emotional wellbeing checks, and medication assistance. Maintained detailed records, monitored mental health, and prioritised safeguarding. Collaborated with families and professionals to develop effective, person-centred care plans that improved clients’ quality of life.

As a custody officer I had managed the welfare of detained individuals, supporting police officers, court staff, and prison personnel. Maintained security and order within the custody suite, conducted risk assessments for vulnerable individuals, and liaised with prison and police authorities to ensure accurate documentation. Responded to incidents confidently and respectfully, maintaining a professional and safe environment for all individuals in custody

As a supervisor, I have oversaw store operations as a keyholder, including opening/closing procedures, till operations, cash handling, and stocktaking. Delivered excellent customer service, resolved issues efficiently, and led the team to achieve targets by following structured audit processes and effective delegation.

I supported the launch of a new store at The Mailbox, taking charge of logistics and setup. Managed stock transfers, helped coordinate in-store events, and delivered high-quality customer service. Took on keyholder responsibilities and ensured smooth daily operations, always prioritising customer needs.
