  • Allowed me to experience a new environment with a variety of people in challenging scenarios, my communication skills were developed throughout this time period and my confidence was boosted in terms of guiding others.
  • This consisted of keeping the shop floor tidy, checking for different sizes of shoes in the stockroom for customers and also answering questions about the products.

  • A variety of different situations in which I had to support customers in.
  • This included till work, making sure the amount in the till did not go above a certain amount and giving customers the correct amount of change.
  • Going above and beyond, checking the stockroom if a customer was in need of it and even taking the time to explain items to customers of all backgrounds and ages.
