Summary
Over the past few years i have completed my LTA level 1 in tennis coaching and am in the final stages of my LTA level 2 coaching qualification. Whilst coaching I have had to organise different sessions weekly to help people stay engaged and to ensure improvement. This has helped me work on my communication and organisational skills.
Whilst working at the pub I have also improved my time management skills and multitasking due to different tasks needing to be completed at different times.
Over the summer last year I further improved theses skills when I captained the doubles B-team at the local tennis club. During this time I had to organise the team for each game while keeping it fair and figuring out days when both teams were available.
