Supported Kuro Health in preparing for two projects; a regulatory audit and pre-marketing of a Mergers & Acquisition project.

Drawing from numerous databases and internal data, I undertook desk research of the UK Insurance and Personal Injury Markets to input into the context setting of the two projects.

This principally involved data analysis and accurate entry of updated statistical market metrics.

This role provided me with tremendous experience in understanding the various aspects involved across a complex group of businesses, the legal and regulatory requirements involved, as well as an insight into an M&A process.
