Played a crucial role in the Small Cells project at BT, focusing on site surveying, customer query resolution, and end-to-end delivery advising. Currently working in a fast-paced environment in which work turnover is at its peak. Despite high work turnover, tasks are completed on time and are reliable and accurate first time.

Undertook additional responsibility to help with workload management of other employees in the project. Collaborated with multiple stakeholders within BT Manchester to ensure a successful deployment of small cell technology. For example, closely work with delivery managers to ensure the quickest and most cost-effective solutions for fibre and exchange mapping. Work effectively to give a quick and simple solution to any customer/colleague query.

Created and implemented new processes to ensure accurate and reliable data returned to customers and engineers. Contribute to weekly meetings aimed at continuous improvement of the project
