I volunteered for three weeks during February 2023 as well as an extra two weeks in January 2024. Between February 2023 and now, I also volunteered on any open days for the public.

I assisted in maintaining cleanliness of animal enclosures for a healthier living environment, as well as monitored behaviour changes with meticulous record keeping.

I helped carry out feeding routines, maintaining strict dietary regulations for each species, as well as prepared nutritious meals for various species to maintain their optimal health.

Ensured animal welfare by performing daily health checks.

• Efficiently manage food and drink orders in an extremely busy pub, including greeting customers, preparing drinks, taking and delivering food orders, stock control, preparing food in the kitchen and handling payments.
