Started working part-time at 15 and then went full-time after finishing my education. I Learned key skills in dealing with customer needs as well as gaining experience in Sales. For example, dealing with high numbers of potential prospects over the phone, selling some of our more expensive services and using sales techniques on customers who enquire about basic services to get them to upgrade to more expensive options.

Promoted to assistant manager due to my ability to lead and deal with customers despite being youngest on the team with least amount of experience.
